Greengate Mall Revisited

The redevelopment of the former Greengate Mall property has brought new life into the 90-acre site with a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Jo-Ann Fabrics Superstore and a Petco as major tenants and nearly 45 stores and restaurants at the 436,000 square foot Greengate Centre. Here is an alphabetical list of tenants that have committed or proposed leasing space at the new complex, with the exception of Dollar Bank, which was also part of the old Greengate Mall complex before it was demolished.
